The Sailor & the Sea

The Sailor & the Sea is an intimate cottage offering a soft and serene space. Perfect for the solo traveller or couples wanting comfort, calm and privacy.

It offers a subtle french nautical feel with a slight feminine touch. You’ll enjoy space enabling you to relax and recharge. You may sit by the fire looking out to the Lettes Bay waters or take a long hot soak after a day’s adventure.

The cottage has been lovingly restored with a freestanding bathtub and seperate shower, full size kitchen/dining, lounge area with a nectre fireplace and views out to the bay waters, a soft comfortable bed and off street undercover parking all located on private property.

A short stroll down the hill to the Lettes Bay waters edge amongst the heritage shacks you can greet the resident ducks and capture some beautiful photos of the old Jetties and waters. .
A 5 minute drive into the town of Strahan itself is where you’ll find the local IGA, two pubs, restaurants, cafes and the West Coast Visitors Centre.
