Go behind the scenes of Australia’s oldest continually operating whisky distillery to see how we make some of the finest single malt whiskies and what makes Hellyers Road truly unique.

Smell the ingredients, see the latest batch distilling, visit the bond store filled with our carefully selected oak barrels and understand everything there is to know about Hellyers Road, our history, whiskies and and learn about our famous ‘Secret Still’ and what makes it and our single malts rare.

During the tour, you will have the opportunity to sample a distillery exclusive single malt including the world’s only pour, bottle and wax seal your very own 19-year-old whisky direct from the cask to purchase – complete with a signed certificate and inclusion into the famed Hellyers Road Barrel Register.

Fully guided tours run for 30 to 40 minutes and start from $25 per person (and includes whisky tasting direct from the cask)

Following the tour, you are invited to indulge in one of our tasting flights. This includes our range of single malts and whisky cream liqueurs at your leisure. One of our knowledgeable cellar door team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. We currently offer five different tasting flight options which include 3 x 15ml samples (approx. 1.5 – 4.0 Std drinks). Additional tasting fees apply.
