To the left, the lounge comes with Coonara fireplace, air-conditioner, multiple couches, and a flat screen television. Across the room, the kitchen boasts a pantry, dishwasher, and breakfast bar with seating for four and appliances such as a four slice toaster, microwave and sandwich press, while the dining table has seating for eight.

Coming off the open plan space, the central hallway leads to three bedrooms as well as the newly renovated family bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet and a separate laundry with a washing machine. The main bedroom, located at the very of the hallway, features a queen sized bed, flat screen television, air-conditioner, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. On the other side of the hallway, the further two bedrooms come with a queen bed and a tri-bunk respectively.
