Turner Hill Mountain Bike Trail, Murray

Natural Attractions

Turner Hill is nearly everyone’s favourite trail. Despite being 1.25 hours drive from Perth it is worth the trek to blast out a couple of laps of this all singletrack loop. There are plenty of rocks and obstacles to keep you on your toes and keen to do another lap or two.

In addition to the main 11 kilometre loop, there is a short cut which shortens the trail to only 5 kilometres whilst still keeping all the fun bits and a fairly new 1.1 kilometre green-rated kids’ loop.

Getting There:
From Perth, travelling south on South Western Highway, turn left into Del Park Road at North Dandalup, after about 10 kilometres, turn right onto Scarp Road. (Don’t let the Scarp Road to your left a few kilometres back confuse you! It’s definitely on your right if you’re following these directions.) You will see a little Munda Biddi sign at the trail crossing the road about 50 metres before you see the Turner Hill sign. The access road is graded dirt for a couple of kilometres. Follow the signs into the trail head.

The trails heads off from the north side of the car park. Follow the single track loop in a clockwise direction.
