Whether you choose to dine aboard our luxury catamaran feasting on the freshest world-class seafood (including famous Tasmanian abalone and urchins) straight from the ocean on our ‘Deep-to-Dish: Tasmanian Seafood Experience’ or you set out on a full day fishing charter adventure from Hobart or on Tasmania’s unspoilt East Coast, you will be in the best hands and are sure to be left with a memorable experience.

Feast on the freshest seafood straight from the ocean whilst cruising in style and comfort on our premier power catamarans along some of the most untouched and idyllic waterways in the world.
Join us on our luxury two-story power catamaran and come face to face with towering sea cliffs, sandy beaches only accessible by boat and sea life such as dolphins, whales, seals and sea birds whilst sampling the freshest wild seafood caught and cooked onboard the vessel.
This half-day tour will leave from Hobart and see guests feasting on a seasonal fruit platter including Tasmanian cheeses, local Tasmanian Beer, Wine and Spirits. Throughout the day our skilled diver will harvest live periwinkles and sea urchins and will expertly prepare for you on board.
You will also feast on live Tasmanian abalone, live Tasmanian rock lobster, oysters, periwinkles, whole Atlantic Salmon & mussels.

Departing just 20km south of Hobart’s CBD, this 2 hour cruise will take you on a journey to see Tasmania’s famous night sky and pristine waters. Board our spacious catamaran and be greeted with an alcoholic welcome beverage. Settle in as we depart and allow yourself to be immersed in the rich tapestry of local indigenous culture. Learn how these ancient skies and waters have been intertwined with traditions for centuries. Enjoy hot soup, Tasmania’s famous scallop pie, followed by a fresh baked cake. Step out of the warmth of the cabin and enjoy the night air. Our crew of multigenerational commercial fishermen and women will share captivating stories about their family’s history and how they’ve used the night sky to navigate these waters. As you gaze into the sky, prepare to be mesmerised by the possibility of witnessing our famous aurora australis. This tour offers an unparalleled vantage point that minimises light pollution, enhancing your ability to see this rare and magnificent phenomenon. But don’t let your eyes linger only on the heavens above, keep a lookout for fascinating sea creatures that dwell beneath the surface. You might just catch sight of a majestic 7-gilled shark gracefully navigating underwater.
